With the Master of Memories package, you are not just getting a stress-free entertaining wedding day, but just as important are the memories we will capture together. All of our available optional extras are included in this package, the perfect accompanying source of memories to compliment your official photographer's content. We understand that as much of an enjoyable experience your wedding day can be, so many special moments can be lost in the busy nature of the day. We ensure that you have the best means of capturing those moments so you can relive your day for many years to come.

As part of this premium package, you will receive the best of John William's support and planning skills. Your planning meetings will produce the most detailed run sheet which will map out your day and include all the finer details. As well as the detailed run-sheet, we will also produce a shorter version detailing the general timings and contact details of all your suppliers, these can be handed to your suppliers for their reference on the day or shortly prior. That way everyone knows where they need to be and what is expected of them.

On the big day itself Lilian Belli, your Comedy Host will be running the show from the arrival of your guests all the way through to your first dance, providing the best of wedding hosting and LOLs throughout the day.

You bring the speeches, we'll bring the mics! John William will be on hand to make necessary announcements and direct your guests, greeting them and taking requests for the evening, this connection makes such a difference to the quality of your evening party.

This high-quality photo solution is a fun addition to any event, not only does it take consistently high quality, well lit images, but also has built-in continuous video recording, capture all those silly poses for your wedding video aswell! Props such as hats, signs and silly sunglasses are included with a large hamper and hat stand. This is the original high-quality audio guestbook, much louder and better noise-suppression than the many cheaper alternatives that are now flooding the wedding market. This amazing machine is an essential optional extra! Beams of light everywhere, haze will transform ForCelebrations’ lightshow into a clubland experience (use of haze will need to be approved by the venue, as although it’s a lighter alternative to ‘smoke’, it can be known to set off modern sensitive smoke detection systems). Bubbles are so much fun for kids of all ages! These can be periodically blown over the dancefloor at climactic moments - £80

We bring typically 6 uplighters as part of your standard package, enough to create a perfectly immersive atmosphere in your dancefloor area.  We place these powerful, battery powered units  along plain walls or to illuminate architectural features of your venue. Wirelessly controlled from the DJ console, their colour and brightness can be set to match and compliment your colour scheme, and when the party starts, they become part of the disco lightshow, pulsing and changing colour to the music.

6 or more additional uplights can be hired to extend the lighting effect beyond the dancefloor and around your venue - £150 per additional set of 6
