Wedding Reception Option

We can provide a number of options to enhance your wedding reception. These include:

• Background Music -  A great way of creating a great atmosphere at your reception, while guests mingle and also to accompany your reception meal. This can be played from the DJ's stage (if the venue space allows for an early setup) or from discreet speakers temporarily placed until it's time for the evening party.
   
• Microphones -  Handheld microphones are great for speeches, these can be connected to a PA system to help project speaker's voices to the back of the room.
   
• Projection -  If you have a collection of images for a slideshow, A video to show (let me know if you need help with video editing), or both - We can set up a projector & screen and connect to the PA system for accompanying audio.

Dynamic Mood Uplighting - We have a set of state-of-the-art wireless, battery powered uplights which can be placed around the walls of the room to literally make your wedding reception venue glow in any colour according to your chosen theme, or alternate between various colours. These can be set up before your ceremony or wedding reception if you've opted for any ceremony or reception extras, otherwise uplighting can be chosen for just the evening - When the party starts the uplights sychronise with our stage lightshow to create an immersive party atmosphere to fill the entire room!

Photopod - capture unique selfies of your guests at your wedding, great memories and fun-times captured for you and your guests to cherish. Our photopod can be set up anywhere in your venue where power is available and lighting is suitable

Phone O’Gram – Brand new and exclusive! This cutting edge amazing Audio Guestbook in the form of an old pulse dial telephone is the only one in the Southwest! Your guests can pick up the phone to hear a personalised greeting then leave their message after the tone. You will receive all the audio files after your special day, and audio clips may also be used in your wedding video.

Wedding Videos - We are introducing a brand new way of creating a fun and personal wedding video, at a fraction of the price of a traditional videographer. Prior to the wedding day we provide you with amazing 4K stabilised handheld video cameras for your family and friends to hand around and film special moments throughout the day. These will then be returned to us at the end of the day and we will use the footage to create edit a fun, unique wedding video recorded by those who know you best! For a little extra we can also provide your guests with a video upload link so they can contribute videos of the day straight from their phones!

Karaoke -  Do your wedding guests have the X-factor? Let's find out! We have a professional Karaoke set up which consists of a freestanding screen which stands on the dancefloor so the star of the show can face the crowd, whilst song lyrics are also shown on a projector screen for everyone to see. With a full online database of karaoke songs to choose from, this is a great way to get the party started!

Bubble/Haze  -  Haze is a subtle smoky effect that is blown into the dancefloor area,  It's great for immersing your guests into a real party atmosphere, for added effect bubbles can be blown onto the dancefloor also, these can be clear or filled with haze, creating a really cool effect. And of course bubbles are always a hit with the kids!
